Breitling launches Super Ocean series 36mm North American limited edition watch
Breitling uses the Superocean Automated 36 Superocean 36mm automatic mechanical watch as the modele, following the simple aesthetics as well as design language of " Slow Motion" from the sixties to 1970s, to release a North American limited version watch (model: U173771A1A1S1).
The new watch features a diameter of 36 mm and a thickness of 12. 21 mm. The case is made from fine steel, equipped with the double-sided anti-glare sapphire amazingly mirror and a closed bottom part cover, and has excellent water-resistant performance of 300 yards. The entire watch is mainly white-colored and gold, which is relaxing and pleasant.
The ratcheting one-way viser is easy to grasp and change, and the screw-in crown comes with double seals. Both are made from 18K red gold, developing a harmonious contrast using the white dial, white hard inserts and white rubberized strap. The scratch-resistant fine ceramic inlaid bezel is noticeable with a gold 60-minute scuba diving scale and will not put on or fade.
In addition , the “SuperOcean” collection name above the 6 o’clock position, the “B” brand name logo below the 12 o’clock position, and the tip from the central second hand are also embellished in gold. The thicker hands and time weighing scales, together with the dot marks within the bezel, are coated along with white Super-LumiNova®, which produces blue light in the dark, making sure clear and easy reading.
The closed base cover is engraved with all the words " LIMITED EDITION" (limited edition) and " ONE OF 200", and has any built-in Breitling 17 automated movement. The movement consists of 26 jewels, vibrates in a frequency of 28, eight hundred times per hour (4 Hz), and can provide a 38-hour reserve of power.
