Replacing and Adjusting Peristaltic Pump Tubing
Replacing and Adjusting Peristaltic Pump Tubing
(1) Replacement: To replace the tubing, first loosen and remove the tube clamps at both ends. Then loosen the hanging ring bolt at one end and use the motor to slowly extract the tubing from the pump. Insert the new tubing into the gap between the pump housing and the roller from the end where the old tubing was removed. Operate the motor slowly to feed the tubing into the pump. Finally, secure the hanging ring and reattach the tube clamps. Ensure the tubing is tightly fitted against the pump housing before starting normal operation.
(2) Adjustment: After approximately 200 hours of use, rotate the tubing 90 degrees. For single-tube pumps, in addition to rotating the direction, the tubing can also be pulled back and forth to change the compression point, extending the tubing's service life.
