    Siamo troppo distratti, o forse assuefatti, alle ingiustizie quotidiane per accorgerci di come passi sotto silenzio uno degli appelli più necessari per il nostro Paese. Un'Italia stretta tra il bisogno di nuove guide spirituali e la solidarietà a guerre lontane... mentre perde sempre più il contatto con la realtà.
    Un popolo che si adegua a ogni "porcata" — di destra o di sinistra — senza più fiato, senza più reazione.
    Ma per fortuna esistono ancora voci fuori dalla politica attiva, capaci di risvegliare l'attenzione. Voci che oggi denunciano uno dei decreti più scellerati degli ultimi anni: il DDL Sicurezza, approvato con procedura d'urgenza dal governo Meloni.
    Un disastro — per contenuti, forma e modalità di attuazione — che, a mio parere, affonda le sue radici in una malapolitica falsa e ipocrita. Una politica che rifugge il termine "fascismo" ma che, nei fatti, ne ricalca le logiche più oscure: paura e repressione come strumenti di governo. Due sentimenti tossici, lontani anni luce dalle necessità dei tempi che viviamo.

    Per questo oggi rilancio con forza l'appello "Per la Sicurezza democratica", firmato da 257 professori universitari di diritto pubblico di tutta Italia — tra cui giganti come Ugo De Siervo, Gaetano Silvestri, Gustavo Zagrebelsky, Enzo Cheli, Paolo Maddalena, ex Presidenti e Vice-Presidenti della Corte Costituzionale.
    Un documento che si aggiunge alle prese di posizione di magistrati, avvocati penalisti e docenti di diritto penale.
    Il cuore della denuncia è chiaro: il DDL Sicurezza tradisce un’impostazione autoritaria, illiberale e antidemocratica, che punta a governare con la paura e non governare la paura.

    ⚫️I punti critici più gravi?
    - La possibilità per la polizia di portare armi non di ordinanza anche fuori servizio.

    - Inasprimento delle pene per reati generici legati a manifestazioni pubbliche, violando il principio di tipicità e limitando la libertà di riunione costituzionalmente garantita.

    - Norme vaghe e pericolose sull'occupazione di edifici o terreni, lasciate alla completa discrezionalità degli inquirenti.

    ❗️L’uso strumentale della procedura di urgenza/emergenza per approvare misure repressive, forzando il normale iter parlamentare e riducendo il confronto democratico.

    Come ha detto il professor Zaccaria, l’equilibrio tra individuo e autorità è rotto a favore di quest'ultima. È questo il futuro che vogliamo
