All players in the zone will be affected by the buff called Dreaming Winds during that time, which will grant them a boost of 25% more experience while they are questing in that area. It will be much simpler for characters to level up from 60 to 70 as a result of this.

If that weren't enough, players who are located in these regions also receive unique buffs that give them an advantage while they are engaging in combat within the zone. Every half an hour, players in the Dreamsurge area will have the opportunity to vote on one of two special buffs that will be applied to all of them. These buffs could include a nature damage bonus or a defensive summon.
